The 242GT is one of the most unique models of 240 offered by Volvo. The GT was fitted with gas shocks, alloy wheels, as well as upgraded sway bars and springs. This model was also very cosmetically unique, from red and black tape striping with a matching corudroy interor, to a fiberglass front airdam.
